Foster Your Foundations: Module 1

Foster Your Foundations: Module 1 – Heart Therapy program, running from September 27th to November 1st, is an enriching course organized by Abu Huraira Center focused on cultivating the Actions of the Heart—noble internal qualities essential to spiritual growth. The module explores deeply impactful concepts such as Ikhlās (Sincerity), Taqwā (Piety/God-consciousness), and Sabr (Patience) all rooted in the Prophetic tradition. Participants will benefit from the guidance of esteemed instructors who are graduates of Madinah University, including Sh. Shuaib Yusuf, Sh. Khalid Bulhan, Sh. Muhammad Haniff, Sh. Adil Mannan, Sh. Hamza Abu Abdulrahman, and Sh. Muaaz Ameerdeen. This spiritually rejuvenating program is open to both brothers and sisters aged 18 and up.

Curriculum
